Shift start time

Shift start time serves to modify the display point of a message. This shift causes the message to be displayed at the time specified within this action. The message' start time is used as the reference date. The start time can be shifted by selecting a predifiened period or by specifying a new date.

This operation maintains all time intervals. This means, the message end time and if present all early warning start times will be also updated.
