Formatting

The following formattings can be done in IBI-aws:

Formatting character	Sample	Appearance
*	`bold`	bold
_	`_italic_`	italic
+	`+underline+`	underline

If a formatting is specified, the following must be observed:

The start formatting character must be followed by a visible character.
The end formatting character must be preceded by a visible character.
