Install .NET Core-Hostingbundle

With the .NET Core hosting bundle from Mircrosoft, ASP.NET Core apps such as the IBI-aws WebCLI can be executed with IIS.

Download:

1. Navigate to the following website: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0

2. In the ASP.NET Core Runtime section, download the Hosting Bundle installer
