Configure IBI-aws WebCLI

Configure logging: Logging settings, such as the path for the log files, can be adjusted in the appsettings.json file in the WebCLI directory.

Configure API key: The API key must be stored in the appsettings.json file. This key is required by the clients for authentication.

Create WebCLI actions: The file Actions.xml specifies the actions that can be triggered by the clients via the WebCLI.
