Setup

Hosting

As an alternative to a self-hosted web server, we offer the possibility to host the message file for you.
For more information, like prices, contact us.

  1. Enable communication with the IBI-aws MobileService, if necessary - https://mobileservice.ibi-aws.net/
    For more information about the IBI-aws MobileService and how the IBI-aws MobileClient works, see Technical description of the IBI-aws MobileClient.

  2. Existing or new WebServer

  3. Add message group for mobile clients

    1. Setup upload to the previously mentioned WebServer as publication location

    2. Enter Public URL to the message file for the IBI-aws MobileClient (Important: The message file name must also be included in the public URL)

    3. (Optional) Enable Impact

  4. Add registration option

  5. Test publication

  6. Distribute IBI-aws MobileClient

    1. Managed

      1. Specify managed configuration

    2. Manually

      1. Communicate the registration option(s) to the IBI-aws MobileClient users
