Within the section Extended, the function Amount of viewed messages can be configured.

Amount of viewed messages

Determine the amount of viewed messages

By activating this function, IBI-aws will determine the amount of users which have read the message. To exchange data IBI-aws communicates with the given web service.

Changes to this setting will only affect newly created messages.

Default web service

This option uses the default web service hosted by IBITECH.

Custom web service

This option can be used to specify a custom web service.

Web output settings

Determines wheather new messages are taken into account by default for web output.
