Displaying messages

The messages are sorted on different views which are briefly explained below.

Active messages

A message is displayed in this view when the viewing time point is between the start- and endpoint of the message.

This view contains all unread messages.

If a message is active but the details have not been viewed it appears as unread.

When the details of an unread message are viewed, the message is no longer displayed on this view.

All messages whose start time is in the future are be displayed on this view.

If an upcoming message becomes active, a corresponding notification is displayed.

The notification is only shown if the message was previously included in the upcoming messages list

This view contains all read messages.

A message will be handled as read if it is active or was and the details have been viewed.

A message is only visible for 14 days starting at the viewing timepoint on this view.

A message will be display on all fitting views in which it fits. (e.g. active messages andunread messages)
