IBI-aws Admin: Error while publish

Problem

After clicking on Publish the following error appears:

Message:
The type serialized in the .resources file was not the same type that the .resources file said it contained. 
Expected 'System.Windows.Forms.ListViewGroup' but read 'System.Windows.Forms.ListViewItem+ListViewSubItem'.

Type:
System.BadImageFormatException

Solution

The required .NET Framework version is not installed. Please take a look at the actual system requirements.
