XML-Template

If a message is exported as XML template, the resulting template can be used to create a message via the command line interface.

Export template

An XML template can be exported as follows:

From within the message list

1. Start the IBI-aws Admin

2. Open the message group that contains the message to export

3. Select the message

4. Click Export...

5. Select the location and file name

6. Confirm with Save

From within the templates view

1. Start the IBI-aws Admin

2. Open the message group that contains the message to export

3. Navigate to the message template to export

4. Select the message template

5. Click Export...

6. Select the location and file name

7. Confirm with Save

Edit template

The XML template can be customized as needed, taking note of the following:

• Required properties

  • startTime

  • endTime

  • timeSpecification

  • reason

  • message
