Error logging

In case of an error, errors are logged as follows.

Errors folder exists?	Logging mode
	File
	Windows Eventlog

If there is a directory called Errors in the directory of the message database (Admin/Data.xml), the error is logged in a log file with the name of the affected computer. If the Errors directory does not exist, an entry is created in the Windows Eventlog under Windows Logs > Application.
