Description
This argument indicates whether the message should be published.
The following values are allowed:

False | The message will not be published | x |
If this argument is not specified, the message will not be published.
Example
IBI.aws.Admin.exe (...) /publish "True"
The message will be published.
IBI.aws.Admin.exe (...)
If the "publish" argument is not specified, its default value applies, therefore the message will not be published.
