Skin file distribution

The look of displayed messages may be individually adapted. For this the IBI-aws Client application needs a corresponding skin file that contains the definitions for the look.

 A skin file of this kind can be set up in two ways:

1. Save the skin file with the name IBI.aws.Client.Default.iacskin in the folder with the IBI-aws Client application. The IBI-aws Client application checks at startup for an existing file and uses it if available.
2. Save the skin file with any name at any location. In this case the path for the skin file must be designated using the start parameter /Skin. (For further information see start parameter) Here too the file must be accessible from every PC.

To apply the skin, running IBI-aws Client instances have to be restarted.

If a skin file cannot be read—for example because the path indicated is not accessible—the default skin is used automatically.
