Message details

The details of a message are displayed by tapping on it.

If a message is opened it will be considered as read until a status update or resolve message is added.

Language

When viewing the message details you are able to choose the message display language, if the message is available in other languages.

The selected language will be stored as favorite language for displaying remarks. This means that if a message is available in the selected language it will be display in this language.
